CO2 EXPERIMENTS AND GREEEN
SUMMARY
With their experiments students and their teacher underlined the importance of CO2 in the Science Center of Wels, Austria, embedded in the EU-project Greeen. Fossil and Renewable energy in comparison to each other proofed the importance of climate change education. All experiments were combined with chemical equations and calculations as well, e.g. the magic formula of CO2.
USEFUL TIPS AND HINTS
Just use all the chemical and word equations to create empathy, competence and understanding. Underline the importance of chemistry and combustion equations in combination with fossil energy and to signalize the importance of renewable energy sources in the wide field of climate change education and economy.
